4. Assembly:
We recommend the assembly on a suitable surface to avoid damages of the profiles!
It is recommended to wear gloves maybe to protect the hands.
a) Assembly of crossbar/uprights:
Lay crossbar and uprights on the ground, groove facing upwards and mitres joining.
b) Insertion of nuts to fix net hoops and net hoop braces:
Stick at each goal frame corner 4 nuts M6 x 20 mm into the groove (push 2 into the
upright and 2 into the crossbar, see bottom pictures).
c) Assembly of aluminium cast corner joints:
Stick cast corner joints into crossbars' and uprights' ends. Now stick 2 countersunk flat
head screws DIN 7991, M8 x 20 mm into the profiles of each internal and external edge
and screw them slightly in the threads of corner joints below. Adjust corners again so
that mitres are close together and tighten all screws (see bottom pictures).
