9.2
GRUPPO LAMPADE
9.2.1 Sostituzione lampada
Queste operazioni devono essere eseguite a
MACCHINA FERMA.
Per la presenza di TENSIONI PERICOLOSE, è
severamente vietato eseguire qualsiasi intervento,
senza aver prima disinserito l'alimentazione
elettrica.
- Aprire il coperchio, dopo avere sbloccato la serratura A;
- Rimuovere il carter laterale B;
- Disconnettere il cavo di alimentazione della lampada;
- Svitare le viti E e rimuovere il supporto D;
- Rimuovere la lampada usata;
- Indossare i guanti in cotone in dotazione alla
lampada nuova C e togliere l'imballo da quest'ultima
sorreggendola per le boccole situate alle estremità;
- Pulire la lampada nuova con il panno in dotazione
imbevuto di alcool;
- Verificare che la lampada sia perfettamente pulita
ed asciutta; le ditate, il grasso e qualsiasi tipo di
contaminazione della superficie della lampada
possono causare guasti alla lampada stessa;
- Inserire la lampada nuova tra i supporti D e serrare le
viti E;
Qualora la lampada venisse toccata
inavvertitamente con le mani nude, pulirla
con il panno in dotazione, oppure utilizzare un
panno imbevuto di alcool, di acetone o di acqua
distillata.

9.2
LAMP UNITS
9.2.1 Lamp replacement
These operations must be performed with the
MACHINE STOPPED.
It is strictly prohibited to perform any operations
in the presence of HAZARDOUS HIGH VOLTAGE,
without first having shut off the electricity supply.

Open the cover after unlocking the lock A.

Remove the side guard B.

Disconnect the supply wire of the lamp.

Loosen screws E and remove support D.

Remove used lamp.
-
Wear the cotton gloves provided with the new lamp C
and remove its packaging, holding it up by the bushes
on the ends.

Clean the new lamp with the cloth provided soaked in
alcohol.

Make sure the lamp is completely clean and
dry. Fingerprints, grease and any other type of
contamination on the lamp surface may cause lamp
failure.

Insert new lamp between supports D and lock screws

If the lamp is touched with bare hands
accidentally, clean it with the cloth provided, or
use a cloth soaked in alcohol, acetone or distilled
water.
