INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE

3 Equipment Setup and Use:

3.1 Prior to use:

a. Inspect the product looking for any visible damage or sharp edges that could
be caused by a drop or impact during storage.
b. Make sure product has been properly cleaned and disinfected and wiped dry
prior to each use.

3.2 Setup:

1. Unscrew the jaw of the Articulating
Arm Support Clamp such that the
clamp mouth will fit over the rail.
3. Insert square horizontal rod into
adjustment clamp.

2. Place the clamp in the desired
location on the table and tighten the
jaw onto the rail.
4. Set Arm Support the desired
distance from the table rails and
tighten knob on adjustment clamp.
