h. WARRAnTy PROVisiOns
Your stove comes with a 24�month warrant� starting on the date of purchase. Wit-
hin this period all defects in material or workmanship will be repaired without an�
charge. subject to the following conditions:
In order to avoid unnecessar� costs, we recommend that �ou alwa�s carefull�
read this manual first. In case the� offer no solution, please consult �our dealer or
installer.
* the stove window pane is heat resistant to temperatures above temperatures that can occur in the stove. as a
result damage to the window pane can onl� occur due to causes outside the responsibilit� of the manufacturer/
distributor. Therefore damage to the stove window pane is not covered b� the warrant�.
** Highl� inflammable substances ma� induce uncontrollable burning, causing flames to break out. Should this
happen, never tr� to move the heater, but alwa�s switch off the heater immediatel�. In case of emergenc� �ou
must use a fire extinguisher, but onl� a t�pe B extinguisher: a carbon dioxide or powder extinguisher."

1. We expressl� dismiss all other claims for damages, including consequential
damages.
2. An� repairs or replacements of components within the term of warrant�
will not result in an extension of the term of warrant�.
3. The warrant� shall no longer appl�, when the heater has been modified,
non�original factor� parts have been used, or when it is repaired b� third
parties.
4. Parts normall� subject to normal wear, or which have a shorter life�span
than the period of guarantee indicated above. for instance gaskets, seals,
fire lining, glass*/window pane*, painted details and ceramic, etc. are not
covered b� the warrant�
5. The warrant� shall onl� appl�, upon presenting the dated original proof
of purchase, provided no changes have been made to it.
6. The warrant� shall not appl� to damages caused b� actions not in compli-
ance with the directions for use as indicated in this manual, neglect and
the use of an incorrect t�pe of fuel. The use of incorrect fuel can even be
dangerous**.
7. transportation costs and the risks involved during the transportation of
the heater or heater components shall alwa�s be at the expense of the
purchaser.
8. Stove is installed b� a b� Zibro agreed installer and the commissioning
protocol can be presented.
