3.3 Countdown Distanztraining Anzeige: Einstellungs-
bereich: 0,5 bis 99,0 km. Drücken Sie die Taste „START",
um das Laufband zu starten. Die Anfangsgeschwindigkeit
beträgt 1 km / h. Drücken Sie GESCHWINDIGKEIT +, - zum
Einstellen der Geschwindigkeit.Wenn die Countdown
Distanz 0,0 erreicht, hält das Laufband automatisch an.
3.4 Countdown Kalorientraining Anzeige: Einstellungs-
bereich: 20 bis 990 CAL. Drücken Sie „START / STOP",
um das Laufband zu starten. Die Anfangsgeschwindigkeit
beträgt 1 km / h. Drücken Sie GESCHWINDIGKEIT +,
- zum Einstellen der Geschwindigkeit. Wenn Countdown
Kalorien 0 erreicht hat, hält das Laufband automatisch an.

3.3 Countdown distance training window: The setting
range: 0.5—99.0KM. Press "START" button to start
treadmill ,as the speed 1KM/H to start to run, press
SPEED+,- to adjust the speed .When countdown
distance is 0.0 ,treadmill stop running automatically.
3.4 Countdown calories training window: The setting
range:20—990CAL. Press "START/STOP" button to
start treadmill , as the speed 1KM/H to start to run,
press the SPEED+,- to adjust speed. When
Countdown calories is 0,treadmill will stop running
automatically.
