vices® employee. Japet Medical Devices®
shall not be liable for any repairs, replace-
ments or modifications resulting in whole
or in part from normal wear and tear of the
equipment. Japet Medical Devices® does
not grant its warranty:
(a) any product that is not warranted,
(b) any product purchased from a supplier
other than Japet Medical Devices® or its
authorized distributor; or
(c) any product sold under a brand name
other than Japet Medical Devices®.
