Battery charge

Battery charge When the battery level is
insufficient (about 5% remaining), two in-
dicators are activated:
• Persistent high-pitched beep

• One indicator light (flashing) at the first
white LED. (fig.a)
After this, remove the battery from the de-
vice and place it in the charger as shown
below. (fig.b)
Do not use batteries other
than those distributed JAPET
MEDICAL DEVICES®

Battery disposal

Directive 2006/66/EC of the European Par-
liament and of the Council of 6 September
2006 on batteries and accumulators and
waste batteries and accumulators regu-
lates the recycling of batteries, electrical
wires and electronic components.
The JAPET.W battery contains hazardous
pro- ducts, such as lithium, which cannot
be disposed of with households waste.
Please ensure that the charger is con-
nected to the mains supply using the sup-
plied cable.
• A red light indicates that the battery is
charging.
• A green light indicates that the charge is
complete
Contact information is available at the end
of the user guide.
Electrical wires and other electronic com-
ponents may not be disposed of with
household waste.
Do not dispose of the batteries sup- plied
by JAPET MEDICAL DEVICES® with nor-
mal households waste at the end of the
product's life, but dispose of them in an ap-
propriate recycling centre, therefore help-
ing to protect the environment.
