TROUBLESHOOTING

If the device does not work properly,
check whether you are able to rectify the
problem yourself. If the problem cannot
be solved with the steps below, contact
the customer service department.
Do not attempt to repair an
electrical device yourself!
The device does not work.
The connections between the USB cable
and the device or USB mains adapter or
to the plug socket do not fi t correctly.
► Correct the plug connections.
The plug socket is defective.
► Try another plug socket.

and then place it in the device.
The water tank (12) is too empty.
► Fill the water tank.
