Specific risks when grilling
CAUTION
Fire hazard!
Improper handling of the appliance
may result in fi re and damage to prop-
erty.
■ Only use containers made of porce-
lain, ceramic or plastic and covering
foils that are highly heat-resistant.
■ Do not allow food to come into con-
tact with the heating elements. It is
particularly hot there. Fatty foods can
catch fi re.
■ Only ever operate the appliance with
the cooking chamber door closed.
■ Do not cover cakes or roasts being
cooked in the cooking chamber with
baking parchment. Do not allow
food, baking parchment and alumini-
um foil to come into contact with the
heating elements.
■ Never leave the appliance unattend-
ed while grilling. Keep children away!
Risk of burns!
The appliance and its accessible parts
become hot during use.
■ Never pour water directly into the
hot cooking chamber. The steam pro-
duced can cause scalding and dam-
age to the interior enamel.
■ Allow hot water from the appliance
to cool before pouring it out.

■ Before launching the automatic
mode, please make sure that you in-
form all members of the household
so that nobody places anything in
the cooking chamber.
■ Never leave anything to grill unat-
tended in automatic mode!
■ Monitor the appliance while using
automatic mode in order to prevent
spilling and burning. Please note that
fats, oils and alcohol can catch on fi re
when heated.
