■ Do not use the whisk to mix
margarine and sugar. It
may damage the whisk.
■ Do not use the whisk for
longer than 2 minutes at a
time. Then let the applian-
ce cool for 3 minutes before
using it again.
You can use the whisk to beat
eggs or cream, for example.
Do not whisk more than 2 egg
whites or 700 ml of fluid.
