Press down the standby/menu button for 3 seconds to enter the options menu.
1. Selecting the DMX-address:
Menuꢀitemꢀ"DMXADR":
- Useꢀ ꢀ theꢀ ꢀ right encoder ꢀ ꢀ t o ꢀ ꢀ s electꢀ ꢀ the desired startꢀ ꢀ addressꢀ ꢀ (1-511).
- Press the standby/menu button for 3 seconds (menu-mode).
- By briefly pressing the standby/menu button again the set value is stored.
2. Selecting the DMX-mode
Menuꢀ itemꢀ "MODE": The control unit provides the modes 8-Bit exponential, 8-Bit
linear and 16-Bit linear:
- Useꢀ ꢀ theꢀ ꢀ right encoder ꢀ ꢀ t o ꢀ ꢀ s electꢀ ꢀ the desired mode.
- By briefly pressing the standby/menu button the set value is stored.
Explanation of the DMX mode 16-Bit lin: In the 16-Bit mode the device needs 3 DMX
channels for light control. The first two channels (start address and start address + 1)
form a combined 16-Bit channel for the brightness adjustment. The third channel (start
address+2) is used for the 8-bit setting of the color temperature.

included within the lamp kit).
3. Selecting the DMX-status:
Menuꢀitemꢀ„DMXꢀSTATUS": In this menu item you can activate or deactivate DMX:
- Useꢀ ꢀ theꢀ ꢀ right encoder ꢀ ꢀ t o ꢀ ꢀ s electꢀ ꢀ the desired status.
- By briefly pressing the standby/menu button the set value is stored.
ATTENTION: When switching off the device this value will always be overwritten by an
active DMX!
4. Adjusting the display backlight:
Menu itemꢀ"BACKLIGHT":
- ꢀ ꢀ U se ꢀ ꢀ t he right encoder to adjust the brightness (ꢀ ꢀ 0 -100% in steps of 5).
- By briefly pressing the standby/menu button the set value is stored.
5. Checking the firmware version:
This menu item will display the firmware version of the controller without any
adjustment options.
