How to modify the Internet connection settings? How do
I nd my Internet password?
The Wi-Fi connection is too slow. Videos cut out or are
jerky.
The screen sharing function doesn't work
I've tried everything, but the Internet application still
don't work right.
Problems playing or recording with my USB ash drive.

Go to Settings > Network > Network Con guration. On
the Connection Type tab, select Ethernet for a wired
connection or WLAN for Wi-Fi. In Wi-Fi mode, select your home
network and enter your Wi-Fi password.
- If you use an Internet box, the default Wi-Fi password is
assigned by your operator. If you use a Wi-Fi router and you
have not changed the password, it may be inscribed on the top
or back of the device, on its nameplate. For security reasons,
change your router password.
- Verify that your television is located less than 20 meters away from
your Wi-Fi box or router, with no major obstacles in between.
- Alternatively, reinforce your Wi-Fi connectivity by using a Wi-Fi
booster or a PLC (Power-Line Communication) box.
- Link your television to your Wi-Fi box or router by connecting it to
the LAN port with an RJ45 Ethernet cable (not included).
- Your smartphone or tablet must be connected to the same Wi-Fi
network as your television.
- The function must rst be enabled on your phone or tablet. Some
phones or tablets may not have this feature or may not be
compatible. Refer to the documentation provided by the
manufacturer.
- For the Apple iOS system, you must use the VIDAA Smart TV
application to stream photos and videos to the television screen.
- Reset the television. Go to Settings > Support > Restore
factory settings. This action is irreversible, and all data will
be deleted from the television.
- See the REMARKS at the end of the chapter titled Record a
DVB show.
- Use the backup password : 0532.
- This television is based on high-tech LED technology that
incorporates a large number of pixels and several million
transistors. A few bright dots of a blue, green or red color may
appear on the screen from time to time. This is normal and
speci c to the television's manufacturing process. It does not
a ect the performance of your television.
If your television breaks down, refer to the procedure described
below.
