● ATTENZIONE: Anche se la pompa ha la capacità di mantenimento della pressione nel sistema, non utilizzatela mai per mantenere sollevato un carico! Una volta sollevato il carico deve essere mantenuto in posizione con bloccaggi meccanici. ● Sostituire immediatamente le parti usurate o danneggiate con pezzi di ricambio BELL originali. I pezzi di ricambio di qualità standard si potrebbero rompere più facilmente e arrecare danni a cose e persone. I pezzi di ricambio BELL sono stati concepiti per adattarsi perfettamente al sistema e per sopportare condizioni di carico elevate. -

5.2 - Messa in funzione della pompa PRIMA DI EFFETTUARE TUTTI I COLLEGAMENTI, VERIFICARE LO STATO DEI RACCORDI E DELLE GUARNIZIONI, LA PULIZIA E L'INTEGRITÀ DEI FILETTI E DEI TUBI. ● Togliere il tappo di protezione (fig.4, pag.3) e collegate il tubo idraulico di mandata. Il tubo dovrà essere dotato di raccordo fem- mina dado libero G 3/8". ATTENZIONE TOGLIERE SEMPRE IL TAPPO DI PROTEZIONE DAI RACCORDI DALLA POMPA E SOSTITUIRLO CON RACCORDO IDRAULICO ADATTO PRIMA DI AZIONARE LA LEVA DELLA POMPA. -

7 - MANUTENZIONE Tutte le operazioni di manutenzione ordinaria descritte di seguito devono essere eseguite da personale competente, che conosca bene la pompa ed il suo funzionamento e che abbia letto per intero il presente manuale. La manutenzione deve essere eseguita ponendo la massima attenzione al fine di evitare incidenti. Le operazioni descritte in questo capitolo sono le sole concesse. Ogni operazione di manutenzione non autorizzata fa decadere immediatamente la garanzia della pompa e solleva il costruttore da qualsiasi responsabilità. -

5.2 - Start-up ● Remove the protection cap (fig.4, page 3) and connect the hydraulic pressure hose. The hose must be fitted with a female connec- tion - free nut G 3/8". WARNING ALWAYS REMOVE THE PROTECTIVE CAP FROM THE FITTINGS FROM THE PUMP AND REPLACE IT WITH A SUITABLE HYDRAULIC FITTING BEFORE ACTUATING THE PUMP LEVER. IF THE LEVER IS ACTUATED WITH THE PROTECTION CAP ON, IT COULD BE FORCEFULLY EJECTED FROM THE FITTING, CAUSING POTENTIAL DAMAGE TO PROPERTY AND PEOPLE. -

7 - WARTUNG Alle nachstehend beschriebenen Eingriffe der ordentlichen Wartung müssen von erfahrenem Personal durchgeführt werden, das sich mit der Pumpe und deren Betrieb gut auskennt und das vorliegende Handbuch ganz durchgelesen hat. Bei Durchführung der Wartungsein- griffe muß vorsichtig vorgegangen werden, um Unfälle zu vermeiden. Die in diesem Kapitel beschriebenen Vorgänge sind die einzigen zulässigen Eingriffe. Jeder unbefugte Wartungseingriff bewirkt den sofortigen Verfall der Garantie der Pumpe und befreit den Hersteller von jeder Haftung. BEVOR IRGENDEINEN WARTUNGSEINGRIFF, SOLL MAN DAS DRUCKABLASS-PEDAL DRÜCKEN, UM DEN ABLAUF DES ÖLHYDRAULIKKREISES ZU MACHEN. -

7.7 - Betriebsstörungen und Abhilfen Im Folgenden sind einige Anomalien aufgeführt, die während des Betriebs auftreten können, daneben sind die entsprechende Abhilfen beschrieben. Falls die Probleme nicht mit den hier beschriebenen Eingriffen behoben werden können, muß der Hersteller zu Rate gezogen werden. -
