Thank you for purchasing this product. AXSOL attaches great importance to
your clientele and always tries to provide you with the best possible service.
PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING TERMS OF USE CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THIS
PRODUCT. BY USING THIS PRODUCT, YOU AGREE TO THE TERMS OF USE OF
THIS LIMITED WARRANTY STATEMENT.
A. Warranty conditions
AXSOL warrants to the purchaser of the Product in its original sealed packaging
("you") that the Product will be free from defects in materials and workmanship
for the LIMITED WARRANTY PERIOD, THE DURATION OF WHICH IS SPECIFIED IN
SECTION B OF THIS AGREEMENT, Commencing ON THE DATE THE PRODUCT
WAS PURCHASED IN ITS ORIGINAL SEALED PACKAGING.
In the event that valid proof of purchase is not available, the warranty period
will be determined from the date of manufacture. In the event AXSOL
determines, in its sole discretion, that the Product contains defects in materials
or workmanship and does not substantially conform to the stated specifications
under normal use, AXSOL will, for as long as you own the Product and during
the Warranty Period, subject to the terms, conditions, and exceptions set forth
in this Agreement, at its option, either: (1) repair or replace the Product with a
new or refurbished Product of equal or greater capacity and functionality; or
(2) replace the current fair market value of the Product at the time AXSOL
makes a claim under this warranty, if AXSOL is unable to repair or replace the
Product. In the case of a replacement, AXSOL may replace your Product with a
used unit that has been previously repaired and tested to and met AXSOL's
specifications. The warranty period for repaired and replaced products is the
remainder of the original warranty period or ninety (90) days. The returned
product will not be returned to you in case of replacement service. In the event
of a KFG (No Fault Found) by diagnosis, the product will be returned to you. This
warranty applies only to you and is not transferable.

C. Scope of warranty
The warranty stated herein shall not apply if:
(1) the product has not been used in accordance with all accompanying
instructions,
(2) the product has not been used in the intended function and environment
(3) from the use together with a third party product, software or component,
whether authorized or not, a failure or defect arose,
(4) a failure or defect resulted from improper installation or testing, misuse,
neglect, improper repair, modification, accident, or other external cause; OR
(5) there are other circumstances that AXSOL determines to be evidence of a
breach of this agreement by you.
You acknowledge and agree that the Product is not designed or intended to be
used, including without limitation, for: Life support systems, critical care,
medical or security equipment, or any other application where failure could
result in loss of life or personal or physical harm, or any military or defense
