Fault diagnosis and FAQ
The ARVEY E-Series is robust and designed for reliable operation. Nevertheless,
errors may occur under certain conditions. These are detected by the system
and output with an error code. In general, the device should be restarted after
each error.

Repair
Check the connected consumers for an
electrical defect.
Check the total power of the
connected loads. The rated load of the
E series should only be exceeded for a
short time.
Check whether the fans are working. A
slight air flow should be noticeable at
the ventilation slots of the ARVEY.
Also check whether the ventilation slots
are free and cool air can be drawn in.
Furthermore, the device may only be
operated
within
the
specified
temperature range. In addition, the
ARVEY E-Series should be protected
from direct sunlight.
Please charge the battery. Also observe
the notes in the "Maintenance"
chapter on regular recharging of the
battery.
