MACHINE DELIVERY AND BREAK-IN

According to the agreements with the
seller, the machine can be delivered or
collected directly by the buyer.
– The machine is tested by the Manufac-
turer and delivered to the seller without
any fuel, engine oil and with a radio con-
trol low battery.
– Before starting the machine the seller

should add the fuel, the engine oil and
should charge the radio control battery.
Important
Do not add oil beyond the maximum lev-
el in order to avoid working anomalies.
When the batteries are used for the first
time, perform a full charge cycle.
Caution - Precaution
Battery supplied with the machine is an
AGM battery (hermetically sealed). To
charge the battery, use ONLY correct
devices that are suitable for this pur-
pose (AGM programme).
Do NOT charge the batteries with a dif-
ferent device from the intended charger.

OPERATOR TRAINING

– The seller must train the operator and
help him/her familiarise with the ma-
chine in an independent, adequate and
risk-free manner.
– The operator must be informed about
the PROPER USE of the machine and
about the remaining RESIDUAL RISKS.
– The operator must demonstrate that he
has acquired the relevant skills and has
understood the "User Instructions" in
such a way as to carry out his activities
safely.
– Position the packaging on a flat surface,
in an indoor and ventilated place.
– Check the tire pressure.
– Wear belt complete with radio control to
operate the machine in a correct way.
– Start the machine, lift cutting discs com-
pletely and move it out the pallet.
Important
This operation must be carried out ONLY
by trained personnel, in order to avoid
any risks caused by wrong manoeuvres.
– Park the machine in a suitable area.
– Check the machine and component in-
tegrity.
– The machine is delivered with an initial
break-in of a few hours. In the first peri-
od of use, however, specific instructions
must be followed (See "Table of sched-
uled maintenance intervals" for further
details).
– The operator must be able to recognise
the safety signals and demonstrate that
he is in suitable condition to carry out his
assigned duties.
– The seller must release educational ma-
terial to trainees and document the de-
livered training, so as to be able to pro-
duce such documentation in case of a
dispute.
