position and release mechanism with pressure on the backrest downwards
you can make sure that the backrest is fixed properly (is not possible to
change its position). When you lift the backrest, positioning is working
automatically.
Safety Bar:
To fit the safety bar put both ends of safety bar in seat side tubes at once. To
take out the safety bar, press press-pin release and lift the safety bar up.
Footrest height adjustment:
Hold the footrest. Loose the footrest height adjusting bolts. Set the position
of footrest and tighten properly both adjusting bolts. Turn adjusting bolts
small handles into the safest position by pulling it and rotating.
Footrest set reclining:
Press both press buttons on footrest hinge simultaneously and adjust the
angle position of footrest. Free both buttons and set the position of footrest
to allow the hinges to be locked.
Getting over the curbs and low obstacles:
Down – hold the handlebar tightly; push the stroller upright with the front
wheels to edge of the curb, press a little handlebar down to lift a bit front
wheels and then carefully ride off the curb on the rear wheels.
Up - push the stroller upright to the curb, press a little handlebar down to lift
front wheels to desired height and ride on to the walkway. Hold the handle-
bar tightly to keep stroller's side stability. Pull the handlebar a little up to
lift the rear wheels to desired height and ride on to the walkway. In any case
do not bump with the front wheels to the curb!
Carrying stroller:
Use ramps and lifts if possible. If you have to get over the stairs or other
obstacles, the stroller must be carried by 2 persons at least. Never do that if
you or your assistant are not sure that you can carry the stroller with child
safely. During the carriage child must not have the hands out of stroller.
WARNINGS!! NEVER lift the stroller up by holding the grab bar, foot-
rest, seat unit, carrycot or hood of the seat/carrycot!!
Down from the stairs:
Hold the handlebar tightly; push the stroller upright with the front wheels to
the top edge of the stairs. Your assistant grabs the chassis above the front
wheels. Both of you lift up the stroller, carefully carry that down and set
back again on all wheels.
Up to the stairs:
Hold the handlebar tightly; bring upright the stroller backing up to the lower
step of the stairs. Your assistant grabs the chassis above the front wheels.
Both of you lift up the stroller and carry upstairs so you are going first and
your assistant second. Set the stroller back on all wheels in safe distance
behind top edge of stairs.
MAINTENANCE

If you will comply with below referred instructions, the stroller will
serve you unfailingly, and you will not have to use your service
department.

Check locks of the handlebar, safety-catch of the handle, handles on
the stroller and joins regularly to keep them in good and functional.

Treat rotating parts and joins of the stroller by greasing substances
aerosol can (e.g. WD 40), minimally every 6 months. Never use oil or
Vaseline. Make sure not to use too much of the greasing substance (it
would cause dirt sedimentation between the rotating parts). Leftover
greasing substance should be cleaned.

Check regularly the tires inflation (max.170 kPa).
−
Folding und unfolding of the chassis should be always smooth. If it is
not, clean all joints and then read again proper articles in instructions

The chassis, plastic parts and wheels can be washed by warm water
with addition of common detergent.

Fabric parts of upholstery wash in hand (maximum temperature
30ºC). Do not use laundry dryer. Count with longer drying time.

Composition: 100% PES (polyester) with water-repellent superficial
protection

Never clean the stroller by abrasive or ammonia based cleaning
compounds, bleaches and alcohol based cleaning compounds.

In rainy weather we recommend to use the rain cover (optional
equipment)

In case the stroller was exposed to high humidity atmosphere, wipe it
by absorbent material and let it dry in warm place.

Accessories and fabric components of baby stroller place and store in
way that the transparent plastic parts are not folded or turned. They
can be damaged if the temperature is 5°C below zero.

Do not expose the stroller to the long-acting intensive solar radiation.
−
Allowed side and horizontal shimmy on the perimeter of tire is + / - 2
mm

Check regularly the stroller handles, joints and guide lock of handlbar
to keep them in good working condition
Check and tighten the screw connections regularly.
If there are used control cables (brakes, telescopes, tilt), check it
regularly and, if necessary, set up and oil them.

The stroller can be repaired only by employees of service departments
of company PATRON Bohemia a.s. or by specialists authorized by
this company.
−
Only spare parts supplied by company PATRON Bohemia a.s. can be
used for repairs.
Changes on all products of the company PATRON Bohemia a.s. are re-
served.
