Installation
2 Place the mounting plate at the desired installation position�
3 Mark the two screw points�
4 Pre-drill the two holes for the screws�
Place the mounting plate in the same position again and screw it down tightly� Make sure

to use suitable screws to avoid damage to the vehicle and device�

Place the device back on the mounting plate�

Electrical installation

•
Always disconnect the negative terminal from the battery before working
on the vehicle electronics to avoid damage to the electrical system�
•
In the case of vehicles with an auxiliary battery, also disconnect the
auxiliary battery�
•
CAUTION
Insufficiently insulated or improperly connected cables can lead to
malfunctions and short circuits in the vehicle's electrical system�

Disconnect the battery according to the manufacturer's specifications�
Connect the ground wire (black) to a suitable ground point in the vehicle� Disconnect the

battery according to the manufacturer's specifications�

Connect the +12V wire (red) to the power supply with a wire that carries continuous positive�
Insulate all connections, as well as unused wires and terminals, and then reconnect the
4
battery according to the manufacturer's specifications�
