Remedy
Turn and reposition the log in the
machine.
Use a log of recommended dimen-
sions.
Sharpen the splitting wedge and
check the cutting edge for wear or
notches.
Check the oil level. If the problem
persists, contact an authorised
service centre.
Have the rod linkage repaired and
adjusted by the manufacturer or an
authorised service centre.
Use the correct cable according to
the specifi cation.

Lubricate the splitter column with
grease or oil spray. If the problem
