4. If you can push the drive belt more or less than 5
mm in (A), adjust the drive belt tension. Refer to
adjust the drive belt tension on page 35 .
5. Install the drive belt cover with the bolt for the drive
belt cover.
To adjust the drive belt tension
1. Turn the 4 nuts on the motor plate to adjust the drive
belt tension.
Problem

The tools are worn or damaged.
The bearing is defective.

gaged.
A component is defective.
BMP 215: Only 1 phase comes into the prod-
uct.
BMP 215: The extension cable is disconnec-
ted or damaged.
BMP 215Petrol: There is no fuel in the fuel
tank.
BMP 215: The motor protection switch relea-
ses because of overload.
BMP 215: The motor has a defect.

Be careful during
a) Turn the nuts counterclockwise to lift the motor

Solution
Replace parts that are worn or damaged.
Do a check of the bearing on the axle drive
shaft and replace if it is necessary.
