ENTERING PHONE NUMBERS AND LETTERS

Entering Phone Numbers and Letters
In order to enter phone numbers and letters or delete entries,
use the digit keys or the softkeys on the mobile phone keypad.
When the mobile phone is initially supplied, the multi-tap input
method De (German) is set. You can change the input method
(e.g. to UPPER CASE, lower case or digits 123) by pressing the
Hash key as often as necessary.
If you want to enter text, press the key containing the letter/
character you want the corresponding number of times. The
letters/characters assigned to a key are imprinted on the
respective key.
