Car seat installation
WARNING! This seat can be installed only in passenger seats facing forwards.
WARNING! Never install the seat in a passenger seat equipped with a front airbag due to the
risk of serious injury or even death.
1.seat installation for group ii (children weighing 15 -25 kg) and group iii (children
weighing 22 – 36 kg) with 3-point car seat belt or simultaneously with isOFiX system.
WARNING! Always install the seat with a 3-point car seat belt. Never install it with ISOFIX
connectors alone as they are only for additional stability. You can install the seat with
a 3-point car seat belt alone without ISOFIX connectors.
To pull out the ISOFIX connectors, pull the lever in the front part of the base (fig. 1) and
simultaneously pull out the backrest adjustment block (fig. 2). Turn the ISOFIX connectors
by 180 to have them facing backwards (fig. 3). Press the connectors to the car seat buckles
and push the seat to the passenger seat. You should hear a characteristic "click" when done
properly (fig. 4). If you are only using a 3-point car seat belt, the ISOFIX connectors should
be hidden.
Lead the shoulder strap through the shoulder strap guide under the seat's headrest and
the lap strap under the armrest (fig. 5). Place your child in the seat and lock the belt in the
appropriate buckle (fig. 6, 7).
Adjust the backrest and headrest height by pulling the lever behind the seat's headrest
(fig. 8). Adjust the height to have the shoulder strap running halfway between the child's
shoulders and neck (fig. 9). Make sure that the shoulder strap is running through the green
zone marked in the picture (fig. 10). Make sure that the lap strap is running under the seat's
armrests (fig. 11).
2.Backrest recline adjustment.
Pull the backrest recline adjustment lever in the front part of the base (fig. 12) and
simultaneously pull out the backrest adjustment block (fig. 13). When the backrest block
is all the way out, push the seat into the passenger seat and the backrest into the passenger
seat backrest and install the seat with a 3-point car seat belt as in point 1 (fig. 14).
3.Taking the car seat out of the car.
Unbuckle the belt and slide it out of the seat's runners (fig. 15).
16
If the seat is installed with ISOFIX connectors, push the connector release buttons (fig. 16).
You should hear a characteristic "click" when the connectors are released.
4.upholstery removal.
WARNING! Never use the seat without the upholstery.
Remove the seat upholstery by unfastening the Velcro (fig. 17). Next, remove the upper
upholstery from the backrest and the headrest. Start in the spot marked with the arrow
(fig. 18). After removing all of the top upholstery from the seat shell, unbutton the elastic
bands (fig. 19). Remove the middle upholstery by unbuttoning the elastic bands in the spot
marked with the arrow (fig. 20).
To put the upholstery back in place, perform the actions presented above in reverse order.
