5.) Insert the valve needle into the needle valve.
6.) Air escapes from the Air Buffer - press on the balloon (ball) of the Air Buffer so that as
much air as possible escapes. The shape of the Air Buffer changes from a balloon to a
kind of hemisphere.
7.) Place a finger on the opening of the valve needle, thereby closing it.
8.) Please keep the valve needle closed and pull it out at the same time. The balloon retains
the shape of a hemisphere.
9.) Place the Flow Perfect
you. If necessary, turn the Flow Perfect
of the Air Buffer with your thumbs. (The flange of the Air Buffer is located directly under
the cover plate).
10.) Place one, better both thumbs directly over the middle of the flange of the Air Buffer. Now
please press with both thumbs. Now the flange should lift off the surface of the base unit.
Maintain the pressure with one thumb.
11.) Now press the edge of the flange with your second thumb so that it folds inwards.
12.) Keep the pressure on the folded edge of the flange and press with your second thumb.
Now the flange slides through the opening.
13.) Reach around and press on the adjacent points of the flange edge so that the flange
slides through the opening piece by piece.
14.) The Air Buffer is now separated from the base unit and disassembled. Note: These
operations require some skill. With each Air Buffer disassembled, you will find these
procedures easier.
Step 2 - Install Air Buffer
1.) When delivered, the air buffers are filled with air. Please remove some of this air. You will
need the valve needle for this. You will find the valve needle in the handle of the air pump.

8.) Take the Air Buffer to be mounted in one hand. Press on two opposite ends of the flange.
This will cause the flange to curve in a semicircle. A kind of channel with two ends will be
formed. Please insert one of these ends into the opening of the base unit where the Air
Buffer is to be mounted. This is done from the bottom of the Base Unit. The bottom side
of the base unit can be recognized by the fact that it is smooth. The top side has the
recesses in which the cover plates will later be mounted.
9.) Continue holding the two ends of the flange - the flange is still in the shape of a channel.
Push the flange in this shape into the opening in the base unit until the flange clamps in
the opening.
10.) Increase the pressure on the edges of the flange so that the ends come closer and closer
together and more parts of the flange slide through the opening.
