The hose drains water from the brine tank by gravity.
It must not be kinked as this may result in spillage inside the unit.
If necessary, provide adequate support for the hoses to ensure proper
positioning.
a) The installation location of the drain and overflow hoses must be above the
drain grate.
No additional equipment may be installed on the hoses themselves.
b) The hoses must be tied off with a hose clamp so that they do not fall out of the
connections under water pressure.
c)
A clear space must be maintained between the drain hose and the source of
waste water to prevent backflow and damage to the controller.
