Commissioning the Silent Power Pump:
① "+" button: Increase flow rate.
② Mode / Feed button: Switch between feed mode / flow mode / wave simulation.
③ "-" button: Reduce flow rate.
④ Digital display: Shows the set flow rate, the current watt consumption and the feed mode.
⑤ LED display: Digital flow rate display.
Control panels of the controller: "+" button ①: Briefly press the "+" button ① to increase the flow rate of the
Silent Power Pump. The models SPP1,200 & 2,000 have 9 power levels. The models SPP 4,000 / 6,000 / 9,000 / 12,000
have 20 power levels. By long holding the "+" button ①, you can pause the Silent Power Pump permanently.
The display will show "Ct". By long holding the "+" button ① again, the pump returns to normal operation.
Mode / Feed button ②: Activate feed mode by briefly pressing the Mode / Feed button ②. The Silent Power Pump pauses for 10 minutes and then resumes operation.
Press and hold the Mode / Feed button ② for about 3 seconds to switch between flow mode and wave simulation.
"-" button ③: Briefly press the "-" button ③ to reduce the flow rate of the Silent Power Pump. The models SPP1,200 & 2,000 have 9 power levels.
The models SPP 4,000 / 6,000 / 9,000 / 12,000 have 20 power levels. Long hold the "-" button ③ to activate the button lock on the controller.
The display will show "LC". By long holding the "-" button ③ you can unlock the controller keypad again.
Digital display ④: The digital display shows the set flow rate, the current watt consumption and the feed mode. The mode set in each case is indicated
by 1 - 2 or Fd in the first position on the display. The following digits of the display indicate the set values or the remaining time of the feeding pause.

LED display ⑤: The LED display ⑤ visually indicates the flow rate setting. When wave simulation is activated, the LED display ⑤ moves up and down.

Cleaning and maintenance: Caution: Please read this entire section before each cleaning the Silent Power Pumps!
Always disconnect all devices in and on the aquarium from the mains for maintenance and repairs! Only then may the pump be removed from the water.
∙ The Silent Power Pump should be cleaned every 3 - 6 months.
∙ Pull out the impeller and check it for wear and calcification.
∙ Clean the Silent Power Pump and the individual components under running water and with a soft brush.
∙ The Silent Power Pump can be soaked in a vinegar solution to dissolve stubborn calcification.
∙ After cleaning, reassemble the Silent Power Pump in reverse order.
∙ Do not use any cleaning agents!
Troubleshooting: If an error occurs, it will be indicated by a flashing number on the Digital display ④.
ER01 - Overvoltage protection: The pump switches off at a voltage above 30 V. Only when the voltage drops below 27 V does the pump resume operation. Check the transformer and all connections.
ER02 - Undervoltage protection: The pump switches off at a voltage of 12 V. Only when the voltage reaches 15 V does the pump resume operation. Check the transformer and all connections.
ER03 - Overvoltage protection: If the voltage applied to the transformer exceeds 230 V, the pump switches off. Only when the voltage drops below 230 V does the pump resume operation.
ER04 - Impeller jammed: Please check if there are any foreign objects inside the Silent Power Pump and make sure the impeller is installed correctly.
ER05 - Dry run protection: The dry run protection is activated after one minute if the pump is not sufficiently supplied with water. Check the water level and inflow.
ER06 - Overheating protection: Please check that the heat sink on the back of the controller is intact and free of dust.
Hold down the Mode / Feed button ② to correct the error. If the error is displayed repeatedly, please contact your retailer.

Pompa di risalita per acquari
Grazie per aver deciso di acquistare la pompa di risalita e di circolazione Silent Power. Le pompe di risalita e di circolazione Silent Power sono utilizzabili in modo versatile sia
per acquari marini che per acquari di acqua dolce. I motori sincronizzati senza spazzole (Brushless- Technology) a 6 poli si contraddistinguono per un funzionamento estremamente silenzioso
e, grazie ai diversi livelli di prestazione, si adattano in modo ottimale alle esigenze dell'acquario. Nel caso che la pompa venga utilizzata come pompa di circolazione, è possibile inoltre
programmare la simulazione di moto ondoso. Tutte le pompe Silent Power sono provviste di una funzione di arresto proteggendole da corsa a secco ed intasamento causato da corpi estranei.
L'utilizzo di assi di ceramica aumenta la durata di pompe e motori e prevengono la formazione di ruggine causata dall'acqua salata.
In queste istruzioni trovate ulteriori dettagli e tutto ciò che c'è da sapere a riguardo della prima installazione, struttura, cura e manutenzione del filtro.
Le presenti istruzioni sono parte integrante del prodotto. Esse contengono importanti indicazioni sulla sicurezza, sulla messa in funzione e sull'utilizzo del prodotto! Conservare le presenti
istruzioni al fine di poterle rileggere in un secondo momento!
Norme di sicurezza: A causa dei campi magnetici, questi apparecchi possono provocare danneggiamenti o disturbi di dispositivi elettronici.
Ciò vale anche per pacemaker. Per informazioni sulle necessarie distanze di sicurezza consultare le indicazioni delle rispettive apparecchiature mediche.
In caso di lavori di manutenzione sussiste il pericolo di schiacciamento delle dita dovuto a forze magnetiche.
Attenzione: Per la protezione contro infortuni e scosse elettriche occorre osservare misure di sicurezza fondamentali, incluse quelle riportate di seguito:
a) Leggere e osservare tutte le indicazioni di sicurezza!
b) In caso di utilizzo di una presa multipla, il posizionamento deve essere effettuato al di sopra dell'alimentatore della pompa.
c) Cautela: Dato che le pompe vengono a contatto con l'acqua, per evitare una scossa elettrica, deve essere usata particolare prudenza.
Se si verifica una delle seguenti situazioni, non riparare da sè l'apparecchio bensì farlo riparare da un esperto autorizzato o smaltirlo:
1. Non afferrare l'apparecchio nel caso dovesse cadere in acqua. Rimuovere prima tutto le spine e poi estrarre l'apparecchio.
2. L'acquario e l'apparecchio devono essere posizionati in fianco alla presa elettrica in modo tale che non sia possibile che arrivino spruzzi d'acqua a presa o spina. Per la vostra sicurezza si
consiglia di formare con il cavo di rete un gocciolatoio che impedisca che l'acqua corrente vada a finire nella presa attraverso il cavo (si veda figura).
3. Mai staccare la spina nel caso presa o spina siano bagnate! In primo luogo disattivare il circuito elettrico a cui è collegato l'apparecchio (interruttore tagliacircuito) e poi staccare la
spina. Controllare la presenza di acqua su presa e spina.
d) Sotto supervisione, questo apparecchio può essere utilizzato da bambini di età superiore agli 8 anni e da soggetti con capacità fisiche, sensoriali o mentali limitate, nonché da persone
inesperte. A tale scopo, dovrebbero aver ricevuto un'istruzione relativa al funzionamento dell'apparecchio ed essere a conoscenza dei pericoli derivanti dall'utilizzo. L'apparecchio non è un
giocattolo. I bambini non devono pulire o occuparsi della manutenzione dell'apparecchio, a meno che essi siano di età superiore agli 8 anni e vengano sorvegliati.
e) In caso di non utilizzo, disconnettere sempre l'apparecchio dalla rete elettrica prima del montaggio o dello smontaggio di componenti o prima della pulizia. Mai tirare la spina dalla presa in
corrispondenza del cavo, bensì prendere la spina ed estrarla.
f) L'apparecchio non può essere utilizzato per uno scopo diverso da quello previsto. L'utilizzo di componenti accessori non consigliati dal produttore può causare situazioni pericolose.
g) Non far funzionare o conservare l'apparecchio in luoghi esposti al rischio di gelo.
