III. Batteries
To open the door and program your own code, please place the batteries in the compartment
below the keyboard (see figure 2).

- Pull the tab located below the keyboard.
- Place 4 1.5V AAA batteries with the correct polarity.
- Place the battery holder back in its original position.
IV. Programming your personal codes
Your lock is programmed with the code: 1-2-3-4-5-6. For optimum safety, it should be replaced
as soon as possible by a personal code.
You can program two codes: a 'manager' code and a 'user' code.
The 'manager' code is the most important code to open the safe.
The owner of the 'manager' code can program a 'user' code which allows others to open the
safe without knowing the 'manager' code.
The owner of the 'manager' code can always remove the 'user' code.
Attention!
• Always program the lock with the door open!
• The manager code and user code should always be 6 digits.
• Each keystroke is confirmed by a single beep, except "ENTER" where you hear a double beep.
Wait until each beep before pressing the next key.
• If something went wrong during programming, then wait for a beep and the flashing green LED
before trying again.
• If you wait longer than 10 seconds between two keystrokes, you will hear a beep and the
green LED flashes which indicates that programming must be restarted from the beginning.
