COOKING FUNCTION PARAMETERS
RANGE
1) Defrost Function
With the help of fan this function is used to defrost frozen nutrients in
a healthy and quick way.
No heating is made while operating at this function, air at room
temperature is circulated inside the oven.
2) Natural Convection
When this function is selected both top and bottom resistances are
active. Provides cooked meal same on both sides. This is the most
widespread cooking method and it can be used for cake, pie etc.
3) Natural Convection and Fan Function
When this function is selected turbo fan is active together with top
and bottom resistances. The heat is spread in a homogeneous way
inside the oven. This function avoids the flavor and odor of the food to
be blended with each other. Baking with a single tray is recommended.
4) Active Fan Function
When this function is selected ring resistance and fan are both active.
As this function avoids the odors to get blended to each other, more
than one trays can be placed at the same time.
5) Bottom Heater Function
Only the bottom heater is functional. Used for meals that have to be ,
cooked from the bottom, heating meals or for meals that have to be
cooked for a long period with low temperature such as stew.
6) Full Grill and Fan Function
This function may be used for cooking meat.
Heat coming from full grill resistance is spread to the food by
circulation created by turbo fan located at the backside of the oven
interior.To avoid contamination of oven interior with oil drops put
a tray at a lower rack with 1-2 cups of water in it.
7) Full Grill Function
When this function is selected top resistance and grill are both active.
This function can be used for roasting or grilling.

8) Fan + Bottom Heater Function
Fan and Bottom heaters will be activated at the same time.
