Battery Charging
1. Power on Nova Pro.
2. Connect USB cable with In-Car charger.
3. Plug in-car charger into car cigarette
lighter.
4. Connect the charger to the Nova Pro.
When charging, red indicator (2) will be steady
on, when fully charged, red indicator will
switch off.
Power On/Off
Power On :
Press Answer (4) for 3 seconds, Nova Pro
will turn on, TTS says «Ready». Display show
«connecting» Now Nova Pro will auto connect
the last paired phone. If get connection, TTS
says «Connected to phone». If no connection,
«No phone detected».

Power Off :
Press Answer (4) for 5 seconds until Nova
Pro say «Powering down», Display shows
«Power off»
Pairing Procedures & Phone book Download
From Nova Pro Off
When you pair and connect with Nova Pro at
the first time.
Step 1:
Press and hold ANSWER key (4) for 5 se-
conds, until you hear TTS announces «activate
phone's bluetooth in search for bluetooth
devices and select Nova Pro and enter pin
code 0000». Display show «Ready to Pair»
Step 2:
Access your phone`s Bluetooth menu. Turn
on phone`s Bluetooth and search the device.
(Please refer to phone user manual to activate
and in search for bluetooth device.)
Step 3:
Select Nova Pro.
Step 4:
Enter pin code «0000» to associate «Pair»
and connect the Nova Pro. Once you have
entered the pin code, your phone is paired
for Nova Pro.
Nova Pro announces « Pairing successful to
phone « & «connected to phone».
Step 5:
TTS announces «Phone Book Downloading»,
«Please wait» Display shows «PB loading...»
During download,TTS will announce «Please
wait» every 30 seconds. When phone book
download complete, TTS announces «Phone
book download completed». Display shows
Phone's Name.
Remark :
1. Nova Pro supports one phone book which
can store up to 1000 phone contacts.
2. Each time when another new phone get
paired with Nova Pro, this phone`s contacts
will be downloaded. These new phone
contacts downloaded.
3. Some phones are not support phone
download. TTS announces „Phone book
automatic transfer not support by phone,
loading phone book not successful.
Functions Operation
• Disconnect (connecting with phone)
Press ANSWER key (4) for 2 seconds. TTS
announce «Phone disconnected.» Display
shows «Disconnecting»
• Connect last paired phone
(no phone connected)
Press Answer key (4) once to connect last
paired phone.
• Answer incoming calls (Ringing)
Press ANSWER key (4) once.
• Reject and Hang up a call (talking)
During talking, press ANSWER key (4) to
hang up the call. TTS announces
«end of call»
• Volume up and down
Press (7) to increase volume. TTS
announce volume up. Press (8) to
decrease volume. TTS announce Volume
down. Volume have 15 levels. When volume
reach 15, TTS announce «Maximum volume»
At lowest volume,TTS announce «Minimum
volume.»
• Last Number redial.
Double click ANSWER key (4)
• Call waiting
In conversation with 1st call, a new 2nd call
comes in. Press and hold ANSWER (4) for
2 seconds to activate 2nd call, keep 1st call
waiting. Press and ANSWER (4) for 2
seconds to switch to 1st call, keeps 2nd call.
• Voice Dialing (if phones support)
Press ANSWER (4) once to activate voice
dialing. For those conventional phones, you
need to pre-record voice tag to activate
voice dialing. For more details about voice
dialing, please refer to phone user manual.
Update Phone Book
You can update connected phone`s phone
contacts anytime.
1. Once your phone connects wiht Nova Pro,
press an hold (7) for 2 seconds to enterr
SETUP Menu
2. Display shows „update P.B."
TTS announces „Update phonebook. Press
volume down button to confirm & Answer
button to exit"
3. Press (8) to activate phone book update.
Display shows „Updating"
4. During download, TTS announce „please
wait" every 30 seconds
5. When download completed, TTS announce"
Update phone book completed"
Language selection
Nova Pro supports 5 languages.
You can select the language by following
procedures:
1. Press and hold (7) for 2 seconds to enter
SETUP Menu.
2. Press (7) once to go to next setup
„Language selection." After TTS
announcement, press (8) once to confirm.
You can press to (7) to row to next
selectable languages. Five languages are in
following sequence: English, Spanish,
German, French, Italian
