IMPORTANTE: è necessaria la versione SIP 3.1 del software del telefono per supportare
Plantronics
APP-50 EHS. È necessario impostare la modalità cuffia sul telefono SoundPoint® IP e
selezionare la modalità Plantronics prima di collegare il sistema Plantronics al telefono.
1. Premere Menu
2. Selezionare Settings (Impostazioni) > Basic (Principali) > Preferences (Preferenze) > Headset
(Cuffia) > Analog Headset (Cuffia analogica)
3. Selezionare la modalità Plantronics mediante i tasti <su> o <giù>, quindi premere il tasto
di selezione
Se l'interlocutore percepisce un'eco, è possibile attivare la funzione di cancellazione dell'eco
nel seguente modo:
Premere Menu
1. Selezionare Settings (Impostazioni) > Basic (Principali) > Preferences (Preferenze) > Headset
(Cuffia) > Echo Cancellation (Cancellazione dell'eco) > Enabled (Attivata)
Oppure contattare il team di assistenza IT per modificare il file di configurazione sig.ctg del
telefono come segue:
voice . aec . hd . enable = 1
voice . aes . hd . enable = 1

*I modelli IP320 e IP330 richiedono un convertitore RJ-9 da 2,5 mm per collegare APP-50 alla
porta della cuffia del telefono. Questo dispositivo è venduto separatamente da Polycom.

de headsetmodus op uw SoundPoint

IP-telefoon in te stellen op de modus Plantronics.

Analog Headset (Analoge headset)
3. Selecteer de modus Plantronics met de toetsen <up> (omhoog) of <dwn> (omlaag) en druk
vervolgens op de softkey Select (Selecteren)
Als de persoon aan de andere kant van de lijn een echo hoort, kunt u de echo-
onderdrukkingsfunctie gebruiken:

1. Selecteer "Settings (Instellingen) > Basic (Basis) > Preferences (Voorkeuren) > Headset >
Echo Canecellation (Echo-onderdrukking) > Enabled (Ingeschakeld)"
Of neem contact op met uw IT-ondersteuningsteam om het sig.ctg-configuratiebestand als
volgt te wijzigen:
voice . aec . hd . enable = 1
voice . aes . hd . enable = 1

* Voor de IP320 en de IP330 is een adapter voor een 2,5mm- naar een RJ-9-aansluiting
vereist om de APP-50 aan te sluiten op de headsetpoort van de telefoon. Dit onderdeel is
apart verkrijgbaar bij Polycom
