Goals
All exercises are performed according to the following concept:
You perform the movement exercise if you can perform it cleanly. After a break of 2 minutes, you start
again (during this time you exercise your side). After you have repeated this 3 times, you attach the
resistance loop so that instead of internal rotation you can practice external rotation or vice versa.

What does the flip do for me?
Our Physio-Flip offers you training in the perception
and control of movements and the associated
functional control mechanisms. The targeted
movement guidance makes learning easier or even
possible in the first place.
Furthermore, the starting position has the added
value that various body zones (lumbar spine, ISG,
knee menisci and cartilage, ...) can be relieved by
it. Thus, the Physio-Flip is not only used in training,
but also in prevention and rehabilitation.
Due to the fast switching between the resistances and
the pull of the resistance loop, exercises are made
more difficult or modified (from internal to external
rotation) in the blink of an eye.
STEP 1: Sitting exercises
Build up foot activity and foot bolting
Sit comfortably on a chair. Position yourself so that
your heel is slightly in front of your knee and above
your pivot point. Place your foot in a relaxed position.
Now begin the movement to the left. Pay attention
to the position of your knee. It should not move with
the movement. Through this movement you will
feel more and more tension building up in your foot.
Variation: The internal rotation and the external
rotation is determined by attaching the resistance loop.
This allows you to train both directions of movement
and both feet specifically and with different levels.
If the pull of the loop is not enough, it is possible to
attach power bands to the handle to increase the
resistance.
STEP 2: Exercises in standing position
IR and AR of the hip with foot activity/foot screw
Stand relaxed on the PhysioFlip. Position yourself so
that your hip is above the ankle (or heel) and above
the pivot point. Place your foot in a relaxed position.
The weight distribution should be such that you have
an even distribution on both legs first.
Now begin the inward movement (internal rotation of
the hip). Pay attention to the position and the load on
your foot. The tension in the foot increases through
your movement.
Variation: The internal rotation and the external
rotation is determined by the attachment of the
resistance loop. This allows you to train both directions
