Error 1: Thermostat (wired) - Aidoo
To resolve this issue, make the following checks:
1.
Status of the main control board: Check that the power supply is correct.
2. Status of the main control board: Correct operation of LEDs.
3.
Connections: Check that the polarity of the connections to the Aidoo and the thermostat is
correct.
4. Wired: Check that the voltage between poles (A /-) and (B/-) is 1.8 VDC.

Restart the zone and reassociate it to the system:
•
Blueface thermostats: Press on the word Reset to restart the device. If the error persists,
press and hold the icon and reset the thermostat. Carry out the initial configuration of the
system.
6.
Restart the system: If you restart the system, this error may appear on the thermostats due
to the restart. This message should disappear in approximately 30 seconds once the restart
has been completed.
