BÉABA has developed a bath and room thermometer to ensure that baby
is always in a temperature which is suitable (please refer to the indications
to know the appropriate temperature). Hig precision (± 0.1°C), the Lotus
looks beautiful in your bathroom or your child's bedroom.
WARNINGS:
RISK OF SCALDING:
• Always check the water temperature with your hand.
• The recommended bath temperature is generally between 35°C
and 38°C.
• WARNING – Never leave a child without adult supervision.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
• To use the Lotus bath thermometer, place it in the bath and let it float
in the water.
• It is recommended to mix the bath water before measuring the
temperature to obtain the most exact measurement possible.
• To measure the room temperature, place it in the bathroom or in the
baby's bedroom and it will indicate the room temperature in several
seconds.
INDICATION OF TEMPERATURE NOT TO BE EXCEEDED
• For the bath...
-Between 35°C and 38°C: ideal temperature, guaranteed comfort.
-Above 39°C: water too hot, risk of scalding.
• In the bathroom...
-Around 22°C: ideal recommended temperature.
• In the bedroom...
-Around 19°C: ideal recommended temperature

CHANGING THE BATTERY

• The Lotus functions with a CR2032 Lithium battery and has an
approximate two-year lifetime.
• To replace it, turn the lid towards the left and remove it.
• Check the silicone seal is still in place in the lid rim.
• Remove the battery and replace it checking the polarity: the (+) upwards.
