En determinados tratamientos de
polvos donde están presentes
sustancias nocivas, el operador
que debe acceder durante ope-
raciones de rutina o extraordi-
narias, debe equiparse con idó-
neos dispositivos de protección
como se indica en los respecti-
vos carteles.

Todos los trabajos de manteni-
miento dentro del filtro (o exter-
nos pero con partes del filtro
abiertas) DEBEN efectuarse con
la instalación parada y sin polvo
en suspensión; es por lo tanto
necesario abrir el filtro después
de dejar transcurrir un tiempo su-
ficiente para que se deposite el
polvo. Para efectuar trabajos en
caliente (soldadura, corte) es ne-
cesario sanear previamente el fil-
tro, quitando todos los depósitos
de polvo (las capas, los depósitos
y las acumulaciones de polvo
combustible SE DEBERÁN CON-
SIDERAR como una fuente que
puede dar origen a atmósfera
explosiva). La autorización para
la ejecución de los trabajos en
caliente la DEBERÁ dar el perso-
nal técnico especializado y ca-
pacitado respecto a los riesgos de
explosión de polvos (personal
capaz de verificar el riesgo resi-
dual, la idoneidad de las herra-
mientas y el conocimiento de los
respectivos procedimientos).
4. Peligros resultantes de cir-
cuitos a presión (hidráulicos,
neumáticos)
Durante las operaciones de man-
tenimiento y/o reparación es ne-
cesario poner en descarga los
equipos y los eventuales acumu-
ladores, según las instrucciones
presentes cerca de los compo-
nentes y en los respectivos ma-
nuales de uso.
5. Peligros generados por el rui-
do
El usuario y el empleador debe-
rán respetar las normas de ley en
términos de protección contra la
exposición personal cotidiana de
los operadores al ruido (en Italia
Dec. Ley 277/91).

Bei bestimmten Stäuben, die
schädliche Substanzen beinhal-
ten, muss das Personal, falls es
im Laufe von regelmäßigen oder
außerordentlichen Wartungs-ar-
beiten mit jenen Substanzen in
kontakt gerät, angemessene per-
sönliche Schutzausrüstungen tra-
gen, so wie dies auf den vorhan-
denen Schildern angzeigt wird.

Alle Wartungsarbeiten innerhalb
des Filters (oder außerhalb davon,
aber bei offenen Filterteilen)
MÜSSEN bei abgeschalteter An-
lage und in Abwesenheit von
Staubluft ausgeführt werden. Da-
her ist es erforderlich, das Filter
zu öffnen, nachdem eine ausrei-
chende Zeitspanne abgelaufen
ist, in welcher der Staub sich ab-
setzen konnte. Bei der Ausführung
von Hitze erzeugenden Arbeiten
(Schweißen, Brennen) ist es er-
forderlich, das Filter zuvor so vor-
zubereiten, dass alle Staubabla-
gerungen
entfernt
werden
(Schichten, Ablagerungen und
Ansammlungen von brennbarem
Staub MÜSSEN wie jede andere
Staubquelle betrachtet werden,
die zum Entstehen einer explosi-
onsfähigen Atmosphäre beitragen
kann).
Die Genehmigung zur Ausführung
von Arbeiten im erhitzten Zustand
MUSS durch spezialisiertes Fach-
personal erteilt werden, das über
die Explosionsgefahr durch Staub
unterrichtet ist (das in der Lage
ist, das Restrisiko festzustellen, das
die geeigneten Werkzeuge und
auch die Prozeduren kennt).
4. Gefahren durch unter Druck
stehende Leitungen (hydrau-
lisch, pneumatisch) Während der
Wartungsarbeiten und/oder Repa-
raturen sind die Anlagen und die
etwaigen Speicher zu entleeren,
so wie es in den Anweisungen in
der Nähe der jeweiligen Kompo-
nenten oder in den entsprechen-
den Handbüchern steht.
5. Gefährdung der Arbeitnehmer
durch Lärm
Der Bediener und der Arbeitge-
ber sind zur Beachtung der ge-
setzlichen Bestimmungen in Sa-
chen Schutz gegen tägliche per-
sönliche Lärmexposition der Ar-
beitsnehmer verpflichtet (in Itali-
en D.Lgs.277/91).

side the filter (or outside but with

is therefore necessary to

enough time for the dust to set-
tle. In case of operations involv-
ing heating (welding, cutting) it
is necessary to clean the filter first,
removing all dust deposits (the
layers, the deposits and accumu-
lated combustible powder MUST
be considered like any other
source which can result in an ex-
plosive atmosphere).
Authorization for execution of
operations involving heating
MUST be given by technical per-
sonnel specialized and trained in
the risk of explosion from powders
(capable of checking residual risk,
suitability of tools and a knowl-
edge of the procedures).
4. Hazards deriving from pres-
surized circuits (hydraulic, pneu-
matic) during maintenance and/
or repair operations pressure must
be discharged from the plants and
accumulators (if present), accord-
ing to the instructions given
alongside the components and in
the respective user manuals.
5. Hazard generated by noise
The user and employer are
obliged to respect the legal stand-
ards as regards protection from
daily personal exposure of oper-
ators to noise (in Italy L.D.277/
91).

In determinati trattamenti di pol-
veri dove vi è la presenza di so-
stanze nocive, l'operatore che
dovesse accedere, nel corso di
interventi ordinari o straordinari,
deve indossare gli idonei dispo-
sitivi di protezione come indica-
to dalla cartellonistica ivi presen-
te.

Tutte le manutenzioni all'inter-
no del filtro (o esterne ma con
parti del filtro aperte) DEVONO
essere effettuate ad impianto fer-
mo e in assenza di polvere aero-
dispersa; è pertanto necessario
aprire il filtro dopo aver fatto tra-
scorrere un tempo sufficiente a
far depositare la polvere. In caso
di lavori a caldo (saldatura, ta-
glio) è necessario bonificare pre-
ventivamente il filtro, rimuoven-
do tutti i depositi di polvere (gli
strati, i depositi ed i cumuli di
polvere combustibile DEVONO
essere considerati come qualsia-
si altra sorgente che può dare ori-
gine ad un'atmosfera esplosiva).
L'autorizzazione all'esecuzione
dei lavori a caldo DEVE essere
data da personale tecnico spe-
cializzato e formato sul rischio
esplosione da polveri (in grado
di verificare il rischio residuo,
l'idoneità degli utensili e la co-
noscenza delle procedure).
4. Pericoli derivanti da circuiti
in pressione (idraulici, pneuma-
tici) Durante le operazioni di
manutenzione e/o riparazione
occorre porre in scarico gli im-
pianti e gli eventuali accumula-
tori, secondo le istruzioni riporta-
te in prossimità dei componenti
e nei rispettivi manuali d'uso.
5. Pericoli generati da rumore
E' fatto obbligo all'utilizzatore e
al datore di lavoro di rispettare le
norme di legge in termine di pro-
tezione contro l'esposizione per-
sonale quotidiana degli operato-
ri al rumore (in Italia D.Lgs.277/
91).
