You can find tips for adjusting the height and tilt of the saddle in the 3.2 ADJUSTING THE SEAT section of the
general manual.
Position the crank downwards and place your heel on the pedal without being
lopsided on the saddle. The leg must be slightly bent.
To adjust the seat height, loosen the seat tube screw (see illustration below) with
a 5 mm Allen wrench. Adjust to the desired height without forcing it so as not to
damage the mechanism of the dropper seatpost. Then tighten the screw to a

torque of 10 Nm and check that the saddle does not move and that the dropper
seatpost works properly.
