Cleaning and Storage

PLEASE NOTE!
■ Do not use any caustic or abrasive cleaning agents to clean the device. They may
damage the surfaces.
■ Do not immerse in liquids!
• Wipe down the device with a soft damp cloth if necessary.
• Take the battery pack out of the power tool.
• Store the power tool out of the reach of children and animals in a dry, clean, frost-free
place that is protected from direct sunlight.

Troubleshooting

If the power tool does not work properly, check whether you are able to rectify the problem
yourself. If the problem cannot be solved with the steps listed, contact the customer
service department.
Do not attempt to repair a power tool yourself!
Problem
The object is not
infl ated.
The compressor (1)
cannot be switched
on.
The compressor (1)
is hot or is making
unusual noises.
The battery pack (5)
is not charging up.
The control lamp of
the mains adapt-
er (4) does not light
up.

Possible cause
Air is escaping at the connec-
tions between the air outlet
opening (11), compressed air
tube (2), adapter (3, 6) or valve.
The battery pack (5) is too
weak.
The battery pack (5) is not
inserted correctly in the power
tool.
The battery pack (5) is empty.
The compressor is overloaded.
The mains adapter is not insert-
ed correctly in the plug socket
or the barrel connector is not in-
serted correctly in the charging
socket (14) of the battery pack.
The plug socket is defective.
Fix
Check the connections and
twist them tight.
Charge up the battery pack.
It must engage audibly.
Charge up the battery pack.
Switch it off immediately and
allow it to cool down for at
least 30 minutes.
Correct the connections.
Try another plug socket.
