5 Uso della macchina
Tutte le operazioni di seguito riportate
devono essere eseguite con il tornietto
scollegato elettricamente dal traino disco e
con il traino disco stesso scollegato dalla
rete.
5.1.Preparazione dell'autovettura
Alzare il veicolo sul ponte sollevatore e
bloccarlo con dei coni.
Togliere la ruota.
Togliere la pinza freno dal disco svitando
le due viti di fissaggio.
Appendere la pinza freno, attraverso il
gancio S in dotazione con la macchina, in
modo tale che non ostacoli la tornitura.
Pulire accuratamente con una spazzola la
superficie del supporto pinza.
Alzare l'autovettura in modo tale che
entrambe le ruote di trazione da
tornire siano sollevate, nel caso di
un
autovettura
motrici e necessario alzare tutta
l'autovettura.
5.2.Montaggio staffette
Staffette.
Scegliere una coppia di staffette complete
di prigionieri o la staffa speciale adatta al
disco dell'autovettura.
Montare le staffette servendosi delle viti in
dotazione e della piastrina con i fori
filettati, avvitandole sui fori di fissaggio
della pinza freno in modo tale da
permettere ancora una certa rotazione
delle stesse.(I prigionieri presenti sulle
staffette serviranno per il montaggio del
tornietto).

5 Using the machine
All the following operations must be done
with the lathe disconnected electrically
from the disc drive and the latter
disconnected from the mains.
5.1 Preparing the car
Raise the car on the lift and lock it with
wedges.
Remove the wheel.
Remove
the
caliper from
unscrewing the two securing screws.
Hang the caliper out of the way with the S
hook supplied.
Clean the caliper mount with a wire brush.
Lift the car so that both drive wheels
to be reconditioned are raised. If the
car has 4 drive wheels then the
whole car will have to be lifted.
5.2. Mounting the brackets
Choose a couple of brackets complete
with studs or the special bracket suitable
for the car's disc.
Mount the brackets using the screws
provided and the plate with threaded
holes, screwing them into the caliper so
they can still turn (the studs on the
brackets are for mounting the lathe).
