2.3.Possibilità di impiego e limiti d'uso
La macchina è stata concepita per il
ricondizionamento dei dischi freno delle
autovetture direttamente sulla autovettura
stessa. Il range dello spessore, possibile per
la tornitura, va da un valore di 5 mm ad un
valore di 50 mm con corsa massima di
avanzamento dell'utensile di 90 mm.

2.5.Requisiti elettrici
L'attrezzatura viene fornita completa di cavo
di alimentazione e su richiesta di spina per il
collegamento elettrico esterno.
Controllare che la tensione di alimentazione
sia corrispondente a quella indicata dalla
targa dell'attrezzatura.
Verificare la condizione dei conduttori e la
presenza del conduttore di terra.
Controllare che a monte si trovi un dispositivo
di
interruzione
automatica
sovracorrenti dotato di salvavita da 30 mA.

Verificare la rispondenza della rete alle
normative vigenti e se necessario modificare
l'impianto. I collegamenti devono essere
realizzati in modo tale da garantire il corretto
funzionamento dell'attrezzatura, e non devono
costituire intralcio alle necessarie operazioni
di manutenzione e d'uso dell'attrezzatura.
Dimensionare i cavi, le guaine protettive e le
prese alla potenza assorbita dell'attrezzatura.
2.6.Acustica e illuminazione
Il livello di pressione acustica continuo
ponderato "A" prodotto, è inferiore al valore di
70dB (A), nelle normali condizioni di lavoro.
La misurazione è stata effettuta in conformità
alla norma ISO 3746-1979.
Per l'utilizzo dell'attrezzatura e per eseguire le
normali operazioni di manutenzione e messa
a punto è necessario dotare l'ambiente di
lavoro di luce sufficiente secondo le esigenze

2.3.Possibilities and limits of use
This machine is designed to recondition car
brake discs directly on the car. The thickness
range, possible for turning, goes from a value
of 5 mm to 50 mm with a maximum tool feed
stroke of 90 mm.
2.4.Environmental requirements

The environment must not be explosive and
must be free from gassy substances and
flammable liquids.
There must be no substances on the parts
being machined that can pollute and be a
health hazard (burnt oils, asbestos...)
2.5.Electrical requirements
The machine is fitted with a mains lead and,
on request, a plug for connecting externally.
Check that the supply voltage is the same as
that indicated on the machine data plate.
Also check the condition of the wires and the
presence of an earth wire.
A 30 mA automatic circuit breaker must be
installed on the line to protect against
overcurrents.

Check that the mains complies with the norms
in force and if necessary make the due
adjustments. Make sure wiring is done
correctly to ensure the machine works
correctly; wiring must not hinder use or
maintenance of the machine.
Cable cross section, protective sheaths and
sockets must be rated for the machine's input.
2.6.Acoustics and lighting
The equivalent mean value "A" of the
continuous acoustic pressure level produced
is below 70dB (A) in normal working
conditions. The measure was taken in
compliance with the ISO 3746-1979 standard.
To use, adjust and service the machine there
must be sufficient lighting in the working place
for the operator.
