3.0 One or more receivers react sporadically or not at all to control
commands
Possible reasons:
1. In the meantime, the radio receiver has been operated with a handheld transmitter or
another mobile device.
2. There is no stable connection to the SmartDrive.
3. The 433 MHz transmission signal has been disrupted.
4. The RF receiver programming is possibly incorrect.
Solutions:
If necessary, press the switching within the App a second time. If the RF receiver now reacts,
the switching status between receiver and mobile device has been synchronised, as long as
no other device is controlling the RF receiver and changing the current switching status.
Check the power supply and plug connection of the receivers, in order to limit the source of
fault.
Test the functional capability of the receiver with the hand transmitter provided in the delivery.
Ensure that you are within the operating range of the SmartDrive. It takes some seconds
before the software shows loss of connection.
Carrier signals can be disrupted considerably by metal construction components (e.g. steel
girders). The SmartDrive should not be located in metallic furniture or fixed to metallic objects
(e.g. magnet board). Test the device in a disruption-free environment, e.g. outside in order to
limit the source of fault.
If necessary, repeat the programming procedure.
