Connection and Start-up Procedure
1. Load the required software onto your mobile device.
2. Connect the SmartDrive to the electronic transformer with the LED plug. If using a USB
camera, please connect this to the USB coupling first before connecting the SmartDrive
to the electronic transformer. Otherwise the camera will not be recognised by the
software.
3. The SmartDrive is ready for operation after 15 seconds.
4. Establish a Wi-Fi connection to the SmartDrive via the settings of your mobile device, as
soon as the SmartDrive appears in the list of wireless networks available.
5. Start up the software and follow the instructions on the screen.
Further Connection Possibilities
In order to connect more than one camera to the SmartDrive, you need a so-called „active
USB hub" with its own power supply.
1. Please connect the USB hub to the USB coupling of the SmartDrive.
2. Connect your USB camera to the USB hub.
3. Connect the USB hub to the power supply.
4. Connect the SmartDrive to the electronic transformer.
