Recording an outgoing message
The outgoing message recorded can be maximally 40 seconds long.

After deleting your own outgoing message, the default, pre−recorded message is automatically reactivated.

Recording a memo
A memo is an internal message which can be played as a normal incoming message.

A memo cannot be longer than 2 minutes.

Playing messages / memos
The recorded messages/memos are played back in the sequence they were recorded. The weekday and
time of recording are announced before the respective message or memo is played back.

Deleting all messages / memos
All the messages / memos are deleted. This means that new messages / memos are also deleted. Play all
the messages / memos. After having played all the messages / memos you can delete them.

Remote access
You can call your answering machine to listen to any messages left and carry out other functions. A condi-
tion for this is the use of a telephone which implements tone dialling mode.
Security code for remote access
To be able to use the remote access function, you must enter a security code. The default security code set
at the factory is 000".
