• Use lever 13 to turn sliding guard cover 17 clockwise
against the stop
• Remove from spindle 32: external flange 16, saw
blade 14, internal flange 31
• Clean all fixing elements with a soft brush and mount
on the spindle 32: internal flange 31, saw blade 14, ex-
ternal flange 16, screw in bolt 15 manually
Attention! observe the following rules during
installation:
• follow the mounting sequence (see fig. 4);
• avoid bending during mounting;
• before mounting saw blade 14, make sure that the
mounting opening diameter fits the diameter of the
projected parts of internal flange 31;
• arrow direction marked on saw blade 14 should co-
incide with arrow direction on guard cover 5;
• mount external flange 16 with bevel edge out-
wards
• Put sliding guard cover 17 to its initial position
• While pressing spindle lock 8, tighten bolt 15 with
Allen key 27 Release spindle lock 8
Regulation of body vertical position (see fig. 5, 13)
• Loosen fixing nuts 11 (see fig. 13).
• Put the body vertically
• Tighten fixing nuts 11
• Use lever 13 to turn sliding guard cover 17 clockwise
against the stop
• Place the sides of an alignment setsquare 90° to
the surface of saw blade 14 and base plate 20 (see
fig. 5). If the setsquare sides join the surfaces of saw
blade 14 and base plate 20, tightly, then alignment is
not needed, otherwise you have to adjust the position
by screw 33
• Turning the screw 33 in or out, make the sides of
the 90° setsquare join the surfaces of saw blade 14
and base plate 20 tightly
Charging procedure of the power tool
battery
Initial operating of the power tool
The power tool is supplied with a partially charged
battery 2. Before the first use, the battery 2 must
be fully charged.
Charging process (see fig. 6, 9)
• Press the battery lock 3 and remove the battery 2
(see fig. 6.1, 9.1).
• Connect the charger 29 to the power supply
• Insert battery 2 into charger 29 (see fig. 6.2, 9.2).
• Disconnect the charger 29 from power supply after
charging
• Remove the battery 2 from the charger 29 and
mount battery 2 in the power tool (see fig. 6.3, 9.3).
Charger indicators (see fig. 7, 10)
Charger indicators 35 and 36 inform of the battery 2
charging process Signals of the indicators 35 and 36
are shown on the label 34 (see fig. 7, 10).
• Fig 71, 101 - (the green indicator 36 is on, the
battery 2 is not inserted in the charger 29) - the charg-
er 29 is connected to the power network (ready for
charging)
• Fig 72, 102 - (the green indicator 36 is blinking,
the battery 2 is inserted in the charger 29) - the bat-
tery 2 is being charged
• Fig 73, 103 - (the green indicator 36 is on, the
battery 2 is inserted in the charger 29) - the bat-
tery 2 is fully charged
• Fig 74, 104 - (the red indicator 35 is on, the
battery 2 is inserted in the charger 29) - the charg-
ing process of the battery 2 is terminated due to
inappropriate temperature When the temperature
conditions are normal, the process of charging will
resume
• Fig 75, 105 - (the red indicator 35 is blinking, the
battery 2 is inserted in the charger 29) - the charging
process of the battery 2 is terminated because of its
failure Replace the faulty battery 2, its further use is
prohibited
In the process of charging the battery 2
and the charger 29 become hot, it is a
normal process.
Switching the power tool on / off
Switching on:
In order to switch on the power tool, push lock-off
button 7 as shown on fig 12.1 and while holding it in
position, push on / off switch 6 (see fig. 12.2).
Switching off:
In order to switch off the power tool, release on / off
switch 6
Dust suction during the power tool
operation
Dust suction allows reducing dust concentration
in the air and prevents its accumulation at the
workplace While operating the power tool,
always use a vacuum cleaner suitable for
collecting process-generated dust
Design features of the power tool
Brushless motor
Power tool equipped with a brushless motor that pro-
vides the following advantages (compared to the pow-
er tool having a brush motor):
• high reliability due to the lack of wearing parts (car-
bon brushes, commutator);
• increased operating time on a single charge;
• compact design and light weight
Temperature protection
The temperature protection system enables to auto-
matically deactivate the power tool in case of excess
load or when the temperature of the battery 2 is ex-
ceeding 70°C The system guarantees protection of
the power tool from damage in case of noncompliance
with the operation conditions
