Intended use

The intended use of the permanent lifting magnets is the lifting and transport of loads (ferromagnetic flat and round
materials) up to the defined rated lifting capacity (see section 3 "Technical specifications").
The magnetic holding force is switched on and off by mechanical displacement of the magnetic poles.
The technical specifications and ambient conditions must always be observed (see section 3 "Technical
specifications").
Lifting and transporting persons is prohibited!
Applications
Loading and unloading of machine tools
Handling of bars and profiles in the warehouse
Handling of panels, tubes, bars and profiles in steel construction
Version 1.0
Risk of crushing!
The load can be released if the maximum lifting capacity is exceeded. There
is a risk of crushing.
Never lift any workpieces that exceed the values in the table (page 40).
The sheet thicknesses and wall thicknesses for tubes must not fall below
the stated minimum values.
Lightweight sheets or parts made of high-alloy materials can continue to
adhere even after the magnet has been switched off. These can then be
released during the next lifting process. To check this, lift by 10 cm and
release by lightly tapping, if necessary.
Damage!
The influence or destructive effect of lifting magnets on electronic medical
devices, computers, watches and data carriers must be noted.
Keep electronic medical devices, computers, watches and data carriers
away from the exposure zone of the magnetic field.
NOTE!
The operator's workstation is located, for example, at a machine tool or
somewhere on the workshop floor. The magnet with its load is in the direct
vicinity of the operator.
The operator has to maintain a sufficient distance to the load during lifting
and transport.
