INTENDED USE of the product:
The wall-mounted folding couch is a medical product and is used as examination couch for the comfortable positioning of the patient during medical
examinations, diagnostics or treatment in doctor and physiotherapy practices, first aid rooms, clinics and wellness facilities.
SAFETY WARNINGS:
Please don't use the examination couch as a resting couch due to its height (app. 680 mm)!

obtained from the dealer or manufacturer.
MAINTENANCE and CLEANING:
Cleaning recommendation: In case of contamination, please clean with warm soapy water, then rinse with clear water and wipe with a dry cloth.
Do not use detergents containing solvents or oils. Ether, fuel oil, diesel oil, petrol and engine oil might harm the tissue and the coating!

The disinfecting agent recommendation is based on internal tests of the manufacturer. As we do not have any influence on possible alterations of the
disinfecting agents' contents, raw material variations or the type of application, ultraMEDIC GmbH cannot grant any guarantee whatsoever. It is advised
to test the detergent on a suitable spot of the material.
REPAIR and MAINTENANCE:
Repairs must only be carried out by the manufacturer or a person authorized by the manufacturer. In order to ensure the safety of the user, we recom-
mend that the couch be subjected to an annual visual inspection by an expert.
For users in Germany, we recommend observing the MPBetreibV regulation.
WARRANTY:
The manufacturer's warranty lasts 24 months. It covers damages due to manufacturing and material defects; however, it does not cover defects due to
improper use or use for unsuitable purposes.
INSPECTION for DAMAGES and COMPLETENESS:
On receipt please inspect the consignment immediately for damages and completeness. Detected damages must be reported within two work days,
packaging damages must be reported immediately. After this period, warranty claims for transport damages can no longer be asserted.
We do not assume any responsibility whatsoever for improper assembly.
