    Steuerrelais (optional) Konfiguration des Steuerrelais Der ST 630 verfügt optional über zwei konfigurierbare Relaisausgänge (siehe Kon- figurationshandbuch) mit Schaltausgängen für Event-, Abluft-, und Zuluftsteuerung oder ohne Funktion. Ausgang Event Die Schaltausgänge für Events müssen zuvor mit folgenden Parametern konfiguriert werden werden: P45 auf „1“ und P49 auf „1“ siehe Bedienungsanleitung Kapitel: Parameterkonfiguration.

Gleichzeitiges Drücken der Tasten öffnet das Konfigurationsmenü für die Temperatureinstellungen zur Abluftsteuerung. Der Regler darf dabei kein Pro- gramm ausführen (Kontrollanzeige Brand leuchtet nicht).

    Ausgang Zuluftsteuerung Die Schaltausgänge für Events müssen zuvor mit folgenden Parametern konfiguriert werden : P45 auf „3“ und P49 auf „1“, siehe Bedienungsanleitung Kapitel: Parameter konfiguration. Gleichzeitiges Drücken der Tasten öffnet das Konfigurationsmenü für die Temperatureinstellungen zur Zuluftsteuerung. Der Regler darf dabei kein Pro- gramm ausführen (Kontrollanzeige Brand leuchtet nicht).
  • Seite 5 Hinweis: Der Kühlventilator darf nur eingeschalten werden, wenn die Abluftklappe geöffnet ist. Bei geschlossener Abluftklappe kann der Ofen beschädigt werden. Der Ventilator darf nur bei Temperaturen unter 600°C zum Kühlen eingesetzt werden. Ein Einsatz bei höheren Temperaturen kann zu einem höheren Verschleiß von Steinen und Heizelementen führen und den Brennofen beschädigen.

To enter the damper temperature configuration menu, press the key and the key down together while the controller is not running a program (firing indicator not lit).

Note: in the sequence below if no key presses are detected within 30 seconds the controller will exit the menu and fan temperature changes will not be saved.
  • Seite 9 Note: If the damper is open the ventilator can be switched on. The kiln could be damaged if the damper is closed. The ventilator may only be used for cooling at temperatures below 600°C. Using the ventilator at higher temperatures can cause wear to the bricks and heating elements and damage the kiln.
