TROUBLE-SHOOTING
The BRAX NOX4 is in protection mode and the respective LED lights up yellow.
Cause:
The speaker wiring is faulty (short circuit between the wires or to the chassis of the vehicle).
Remedy:
Check the speaker wires or the speakers themselves for short-circuiting (p.18-20).
The BRAX NOX4 is in protection mode and the respective LED lights up red.
Cause:
The amplifier is overheated. It could take some time (depending on the outside temperature) until the ampli
fier turns on again.
The output level of the NOX4 is to low in bridged mode
Cause:
Not all RCA-inputs are connected to a signal source.
Remedy:
It is necessary that all signal inputs are also connected in bridged mode to reach full output level. If
your headunit or pre-amplifier delivers only a stereo signal please use Y-adaptor for the signal inputs.
