Do not use the apparatus if the seal is damaged.
1 Grasp tab and pull off seal.
2 Remove the adhesive tape.
3 Open the package, take out the apparatus and put it on as
described below.

Facial hair (beard, etc.) and deep scars will cause inward leak-
age of air. This apparatus is therefore unsuitable for persons
with facial hair.
Hold the half mask by its straps and pull it over your nose and
mouth with your chin in the chin well.
Fasten the straps at the back of your head.
Leave the contaminated area immediately.
