Is it legal to use smartGyro on a road or path?
The smartGyro is a product designed, especially for interiors. We do not recommend, therefore, its use on roads, trails, near a public road,
bike lane, etc ... Regarding its legality, mobility is governed by municipal ordinances so the rules change from one place to another . It is
imperative that you contact the local and state transit authorities for more information.
The smartGyro battery icon is on. What should I do?

Yes, the wheels can be punctured since they are pneumatic wheels. Take the same precautions you would have with a bicycle.
