Use

Using the accessories

Warning!
Always unplug the tool form the mains socket
before attaching or removing accessories.
Set the tool on a level surface with the backing
plate facing up.
Application
Use the polishing pad to apply the polish. Ensure
the polishing pad is clean and always centred on
the backing plate.
4 cm polishing pad: For applying paint care
products, low speed.

Polishing

To polish, remove the polishing pad and use the
polishing bonnet. Ensure the polishing bonnet is
clean and pull the polishing bonnet taut and even
over the backing plate.
2 cm polishing pad: polishing bonnet lining.
Terry polishing bonnet: suitable for paint clean-
ing products, slow to fast speed.
Faux fur polishing bonnet: suitable for high-
gloss finish, slow to fast speed.

Attaching the polishing bonnet

The polishing bonnet should be secure and even
on the backing plate.

Switching the polisher on/off

1. Plug the power plug into a 230 V mains socket.
2. Hold the switch lock and press the on/off
switch to switch the tool on.
3. Release the on/off switch to stop the tool.
4. After you have finished using the tool, unplug
the power plug from the 230 V mains socket.

Speed control

This tool is equipped with control electronics
which maintains a consistent speed when differ-
ent forces are applied. The speed can be set with
the wheel on the top of the handle. The wheel is
marked „1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6". For maximum power, set
the wheel to setting „6".

Polishing
Observe the manufacturer instructions when
using waxes and polishes.
Always ensure all polishing attachments
are clean. The backing plate must always be
applied flat to the painted surface. Corners
and edges should be polished by hand, as for
untrained individuals may remove paint or paint
may flake.
For optimal results, we recommend NIGRIN
paint care products.
1. Spread the paint care product evenly on the
polishing disc, not directly on the painted
surface. Start at a low speed! Only switch the
polisher on or off when the tool is applied to
the area to be polished.
2. Place the extension cable over your shoulder
and first work even and large areas, e.g. bon-
net, boot lid and roof. Use steady movements.
Important!
Allow the polisher to rest on the polishing sur-
face, do not apply pressure!
3. Then start working the smaller areas (e.g.
doors). Let the power cable to hang freely.
4. For hard to access areas, remove the polishing
bonnet from the disc and work these areas
by hand (e.g. rear-vision mirror, bumper, door
handles, etc.).
5. Remove the polish in the same order it was
applied in.

Care tips

To protect the paint coat optimally, you should
polish your vehicle 2 to 3 times a year.
Wash your vehicle at least every 2 weeks. Avoid
using household detergents, as these can dam-
age the paint and remove the wax coat.
Wash your vehicle with a clean sponge. Work
top to bottom.
Remove insects, bird droppings and tar stains
from the paint daily.
Spray the glass cleaner onto the cloth, not
directly onto the window, to avoid the glass
cleaner coating the paint.
For optimal results we recommend NIGRIN car
care products.
