1. Distribute the paint care product even only
the polishing disk, not directly to the painted
surface. Start at a low speed! Only switch the
polisher on or off when the device is applied to
the area to be polished.
2. First work the level, large areas, e.g. bonnet,
boot lid and roof. Use steady movements.
Important!
Allow the polisher to rest on the polishing sur-
face, do not apply pressure!
3. Then start working the smaller areas (e.g.
doors).
4. For hard to access areas, remove the polishing
bonnet from the disk and work these areas
by hand (e.g. rear-vision mirror, bumper, door
handles, etc.).
5. Remove the polish in the same order it was
applied in.

Care tips

To protect the paint coat optimally, you should
polish your vehicle 2 to 3 times a year.
Wash your vehicle at least every 2 weeks. Avoid
using household detergents, as these can dam-
age the paint and remove the wax coat.
Wash your vehicle with a clean sponge. Work
top to bottom.
Remove insects, bird droppings and tar stains
from the paint daily.
Spray the glass cleaner onto the cloth, not
directly onto the window, to avoid the glass
cleaner coating the paint.
For optimal results we recommend NIGRIN car
care products.

Note:
The sound and vibration values were measured in
accordance with EN 62841-2-2.
The vibration values specified and the noise
emission levels determined were measured
according to a standardised test procedure and
can be used to compare different power tools.
The total vibration values specified and the noise
emissions specified can also serve as a prelimi-
nary assessment of the strain.
Prolonged use may cause in fatigue due to vibra-
tion and noise. Allow adequate breaks.
Warning!
The actual vibration value whilst using the ma-
chine may vary from that stated in the operating
instructions or by the manufacturer. This can be
caused by the following factors which should be
taken into account before and during every use:
Is the device being used correctly
Is the type of material being worked on correct.
Is the device in good condition
Are the handles or optional vibration handles
installed and tight on the machine body.
If you notice an uncomfortable feeling in your
hands or discolouration of the skin whilst using
the machine, stop immediately. Take adequate
work breaks. Failure to take adequate breaks can
cause hand-arm vibration syndrome.
The degree of stress resulting from the work and
use of the machine should be assessed and work
breaks taken accordingly. This can significantly
reduce the degree of stress during the entire
work duration. Minimise the risk to which you are
exposed through vibrations. Care for this machine
in accordance with the operating instructions.
