3.2 Prüfen vor Inbetriebnahme
Vorsicht ! Die Sicherungsbleche am Turbinenge-
häuse müssen an den 6kt-Schrauben
und der Lasche umgebogen sein.
Vor der Inbetriebnahme des Turboladers
müssen die Ölleitungen mit warmem Öl
gründlich gespült werden. Dabei muss
der Turbolader mit einer Bypassleitung
überbrückt werden.
Vor jedem Start des Motors Vorschmier-
vorrichtung betätigen. Der Turbolader
muss vom ersten Moment des Anlassens
des Motors mit Öl versorgt werden.
- Überprüfen des Öldruckes in den Ölzufuhrleitun-
gen.
- Die Überwachungseinrichtungen sind auf Funktion
zu prüfen (s. Kap. 3).
3.3 Prüfen nach Inbetriebnahme
- Nach dem Anlassen des Motors alle Gas-, Luft- Öl-
und Kühlwasserleitungen auf Dichtheit prüfen.
- Drehzahl, Öldruck, Ladedruck und Temperatu ren
vor und nach der Turbine und Ver dichter bei ver-
schiedenen Motorlei stungen messen.
- Messwerte mit den Werten des Abnahmeprotokolls
vergleichen und dabei unterschiedliche Betriebs-
bedingungen berücksichtigen.
Vorsicht ! Vor dem Abstellen, Motor ca. 5 - 10 Mi-
nuten im Leerlauf weiterlaufen lassen,
damit die Wärme in den Lagern vom
weiterzirkulierenden Schmieröl abgeführt
werden kann

Caution !
- Check the oil pressure of the oil feeding lines.
- Check that the monitoring devices are functioning
(see chap. 3).
3.3 Inspection after
putting into operation
- After the engine has been started up, check all
gas, air, oil and cooling water lines for leaks.
- Measure the speed, oil pressure, charging pressu-
re and temperatures before and after the turbine
and the compressor at various engine speeds.
- Compare the measured values with those of the
inspection report, taking into account the different
operation conditions.

Putting into operation
The locking discs on the turbine casing
must be bent around the head of the
screws and the latche.
Before putting the turbocharger into ope-
ration all oil pipes have to be throughly
flushed with warm oil. The turbocharger
has to be bypassed by a separate line.
Always operate the prelubrication system
before starting the engine. The turboch-
arger must be supplied with oil from the
first moment of starting.
Before shut down the engine let it idle for
appr. 5 - 10 minutes to allow the heat in
the bearings to dissipate by the circula-
ting oil.
